Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

We will proceed with the shipment on the next day. Tracking Number / URL will be given before the shipment via email.
For West Malaysia, will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
For East Malaysia please allow 5 - 10 working days to arrive.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be shown after checkout and you may choose the shipping according to your location or preferences.

No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays
Shipping time is an estimation timing. It might differ depending on location, shipment method, courier service provider, and other factors which are out of our control.
We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. However, we will try our best to assist you with the claim from the courier service provider.
